03 How we work
Day 1
One conversation to understand what you need, what it should cost and what success looks like. You get a fixed-price quote: no billed discovery phase, no surprises.
Week 1
Within the first week you get something you can click through and react to, not a slide deck. We agree on the direction before the real build starts.
Every week
Short rounds of work, each one ending in a demo. You always know where the project stands, and changes are cheap while everything is still moving.
Launch
We put it live, document it and hand over the keys. The code, the accounts and the infrastructure are yours, with no lock-in. Support afterwards if you want it.
04 The studio
Zek Labs is the studio of Ferit Bölezek, a software engineer who has built and shipped products across web, mobile and AI. There are no account managers and no handoffs here. The person you email is the person who designs, builds and launches your product, and who answers when something needs attention.
